Projection

What adds up on one house

Four projects, four pots of money. Most people know them one at a time – hardly anyone has added them up.

  • 22.400 €Heat pump subsidy80 % of eligible costs of 28.000 € – the BEG maximum rate.Work out your rate

Togetherup to 46.567 €

That is what sits in the four areas when every maximum rate applies. How much of it applies to you depends on your building, your income and your timing – which is exactly what the questionnaire works out.

A projection, not a promise. It is based on the statutory maximum rates and on the same worked examples the four area pages use – not on an average of completed jobs. Each amount applies per project and assumes the relevant conditions are met and applications are filed in time.

Why us

The number up front, not at the doorstep

Projects get put off not because of the project, but because nobody knows the price. So we do the maths beforehand, with the rates that actually apply to you.

Combinations

When two projects add up together

Planning the areas separately means deciding without the figures that matter. Three cases come up particularly often.

Heat pump and solar PV

A heat pump raises your electricity use – and with it the share of solar power you consume yourself. Both systems belong sized together.

Stairlift or sale

After the care insurance subsidy, a seated lift often costs less than the incidental costs of moving. We set both routes side by side.

Renovation before a sale

A new heating system and a better energy certificate usually pay off in a sale, a new bathroom rarely. The valuation shows what is still worth doing.

Your combination not listed? Then start with the area that costs you the most.

About MeinWohnprojekt

We are the people who do the maths first.

Most home projects do not fail on the workmanship. They fail because nobody can say beforehand what will be left at the end – and because the only figure you can find comes from an advertisement. That is exactly the gap we fill.

Heat pump, solar array, stairlift, selling the house: four projects that turn up in the same life and often in the same year – and that would otherwise mean working your way into an unfamiliar subject four times over. So we built a dedicated area for each, with its own calculation, its own partners and its own subsidy rules. What connects them is how we do the maths: honestly, in advance, and in a way you can follow.

“The reason people put a project off is almost never the project itself. It is not knowing what it will cost.”

Four areas under one roof

House, plant and ground line stay the same across all five marks – that is the part belonging to MeinWohnprojekt. The areas swap out only what sits on the roof and in the wall, and bring their own colour.

How we make our money

With a free service that is the first question in anyone's mind. Here is the answer, before you have to ask.

Commission from the firm

If a job goes ahead between you and a partner firm, that firm pays us a placement commission. You pay nothing.

It does not make your price higher

Partners fund the commission out of the sales costs they save – a placed job costs them less than one they win themselves. That is precisely why the model works.

No pay-to-rank

Paying more does not get a firm suggested more often. Selection is by region, trade and free capacity – otherwise the comparison would be worthless, and with it our whole offering.

What that means for you: We only earn if you are happy with what you sign at the end. A quote you regret afterwards costs us the partnership with that firm – which is why we also tell you when a project does not add up right now.

What we hold ourselves to

The figure beforehand, not at the on-site visit
We calculate every example with the rates that actually apply – not the headline maximum from the adverts. If a subsidy does not apply in your case, it says so, even when that makes the number look worse.
Three firms at most, never more
An enquiry goes to a maximum of three partners. That is enough for a sound price comparison, and it is the line beyond which comparison turns into nuisance.
No selling of data
Your details go only to the firms preparing a quote for you. Not to list brokers, not to ad networks, not to third parties with nothing to do with your project.
We take the paperwork with us
Subsidy application, grid registration, the grant application to the care insurance fund: we handle that part together with the partner firm. With a stairlift we also tell you, unprompted, that the application must be in before installation – that is where most grants are lost.
An answer by the next working day
No form that disappears into nothing. The first reply normally comes within 24 hours – including when we have to turn you down because we have no suitable partner in your region.
Including the advice that earns us nothing
If a stairlift adds up better for you than selling the house, we say so – even though the commission on a sale would be considerably higher. Advice you only give when it pays is not advice.

From enquiry to decision

  1. You describe your projectFive to eight questions in the relevant area, no sign-up. What we do not need, we do not ask.
  2. We check and calculateWe look at which subsidy components apply to your situation and find the partners who actually work in your region.
  3. Multiple quotes side by sideYou receive the quotes and a reading of them: what is normal, what stands out, and what you should still be asking about.
  4. You decide – or you do notThere is no tie-in and no cost. A short note is enough and the contact ends.

Rather just ask? A five-minute conversation usually settles which project is worth doing first faster than any website.
